We all have those days when we just “wake up on the wrong side of the bed”.  We do our best to get our feet straightened out and go about our day, but something just seems out of wack all day long.  It’s an unexplainable phenomon.

I would love to have a day where all it is is just “waking up on the wrong side of the bed” because it would mean that my first thought wouldn’t be “please don’t let me have an AE attack today”.  Heavens forbid you catch a bug from someone else / get sick, because it only makes everything worse.

I got an email the other day from another woman with HAE, and it echoed so many of the setiments that you feel when you realize that you are only one of 1/10,000 – 1/50,000 people.   A little freaky if you think about the numbers too much when you also realize that the population of the United States is 303,824,640 (July 2008 est.)
